5 years from the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011 have passed. We were again aware of the importance of life, family and community in order to protect life. Now, the "protect life" various initiatives has spread across the country.
In this keynote session, we share the obtained achievements and challenges that universities and junior and senior high schools, companies are working in cooperation with local communities, to introduce the activities related to disaster prevention and reduction.
Since Great East Japan Earthquake, our society and activities of disaster prevention and reduction such as community regeneration is located in the inseparable, coupled with the aging problem.
Among them, the "dialogue ", "collaboration" with the people who are facing the various social issues are very important. We want to explore ways to develop activities to be self-reliance and sustainable.
